Born from a Love of Authentic Travel
WanderLux was founded in 2006 by Elena and Marco Reyes, a couple who gave up corporate careers to pursue what mattered most — showing the world's beauty to the people who were ready to truly see it.
What began as a one-room office in Barcelona has grown into an award-winning travel agency with specialists on six continents. But our core belief has never changed: travel should be meaningful, well-crafted, and deeply personal.
We don't sell holidays. We design journeys that become part of who you are.

Elena and Marco Reyes open WanderLux in a small Barcelona office with a big vision and twelve clients.
2009
First International Award
Named "Best Boutique Travel Agency" at the European Travel Awards. Our Patagonia expedition wins widespread acclaim.
2013
Asia Pacific Expansion
We open our Tokyo and Bali offices, bringing authentic local expertise to our Japan and Southeast Asia programmes.
2017
10,000 Travellers Milestone
We celebrate sending our ten-thousandth traveller — a family on their first-ever safari in Kenya.
2021
Carbon Neutral Commitment
WanderLux becomes fully carbon neutral, partnering with three reforestation projects across South America and Southeast Asia.
